For orders up to €100,- we charge € 5,- shipping cost

Our international orders carry a flat rate of €10.00 per purchase

Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you for shopping with Hamptons Club.
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase I’m here to help.
Returns
To exchange or return please send to Hamptons Club Lifestyle, Steinfeldweg 6, 5340 St. Gilgen, Austria.
Please mark clearly whether you would like a refund or an exchange and include your full name and order number. If you would like to exchange the item please state what colour and size you would like to exchange for.
Please note that exchanges and returns will only be accepted if the product is either faulty or returned in perfect condition.
Exchanges or returns must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
Once I receive your item I will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, I will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
